No-fault Accident Benefits
No-fault benefits are the responsibility of the ICBC adjuster. You can apply for
no-fault benefits regardless of who was at fault for the accident as long as the motor vehicle or you were insured by ICBC, even if out of province or in the U.S.A.

What You Can Claim
The no-fault benefits can include funeral expenses, death benefits, income replacement and rehabilitation and reasonable medical expenses up to a limit of $150,000 per person. TAYLOR GRANITTO will work with you to help you recover no-fault benefits.

Insurance Premiums
A claim for no-fault benefits does not increase your ICBC premiums in
the future.

Other Benefits
No-fault benefits are limited and do not necessarily compensate you fully for the personal injuries you have suffered. If the driver of a motor vehicle may be wholly or partially at fault for your accident, you should contact TAYLOR GRANITTO immediately. You are entitled to sue and be reimbursed for losses suffered due to the accident.
